A cleverly written coming of age story, with quips and humor as well as dark humor and tragedy. Characters were developed from the narrator’s perspective, not only relatable to the reader, but also revealing of the childhood trauma which informs the remainder of his life.

****WACKY FUN
“Embark on a drug, alcohol, and sex-crazed journey in small town America with Wally Dean Prichard as he searches for his identity, bored and uninspired after inheriting a large fortune. You’ll meet some zany, colorful characters, but when people are mysteriously dying, it’s up to Wally and his beloved journal, Jo to solve the mystery. If you like dark comedy mixed with nostalgia, you’ll love this tale. I certainly did and the plot twist at the end fits perfectly.”

This book is warped! (and I LIKE warped!) Aptly described as a dark adult comedy, (the prudish, squeamish or humorless need not apply!) I loved the “Where’s Waldo” style hide and seek puns and absurd lol plotlines. You’ve got to read this to believe it!
